He walked me through the whole process, explaining all the lingo and legal terms I never really knew but had heard. The loan officer he recommended really helped because she understood the complexities of being a self-employed individual. We looked and looked, making a couple offers but never got discouraged because Chris stayed optimistic, even willing to show us homes well outside the Portland area. We found a home with plenty of space inside and out for us and our dog, plus it was appraised for higher than our purchase price! Chris was always available and willing to help. "Chris and Kayla are an excellent team. I've been involved in buying or selling property at least 8 times now and have never had a realtor put in more effort or give better service. We purchased this home from out-of-state and really had to rely on them for negotiations, inspections, on-site presence and so much more. Despite the 3 hour time difference, they kept us fully informed and involved in the process. We quickly developed complete trust in their ability and willingness to advise and support us. I really cannot recommend them highly enough. Kudos!"
